Rancang Bangun Rangkaian Kontrol Penyearah Satu-Fasa Gelombang Penuh Terkendali Thyristor Sebagai Alat Pengisi Muatan Baterai

Single Phase Semi-Converter Circuit Is A Full Wave Controlled Bridge Converter Which Uses Two Thyristors And Two Diodes Connected In The Form Of A Full Wave Bridge Configuration. Semi-Converter Is A Controlled Rectifier That Work At Single Quadrant So That Voltage And Current Output Only Have Positive Value. The Aim Of Making This System Is To Get Controlled Voltage And Current For BatteryCharging.Triggering Pulse Is Necessary In Triggering SCR Which Obtained FromTriggering Circuit That Consist Of IC LM7815 As Voltage Regulator Circuit, Modul IC TCA 785 As Phase Control And Pulse Transformators As Driver Circuit. Voltage Regulator Circuit As Input Of Phase Control Circuit. The Output Of Phase Control Circuit In The Form Of Triggering Pulse Can Be Shifted From 0º To 135º Then Getting Insulation From Driver Circuit. Output From Driver Circuit Is Used To Triggering Single Phase Semi-Converter That Use Thyristor With Kind BT151-500R. Output From Single Phase Semi-Converter Can Be Set For Charge A Battery. Relay Is Used As A Sign That The Battery Is Fully Charged And Avoid From Overvoltage. Keywords: TCA 785, Semi-Converter, Silicon Controlled Rectifier, Charging Battery.
