The problems in this study were the type of nurturing methods from parent, the implementation of nurturing methods to children, and the influence of nurturing methods from parent to their children in modern era. The significances of this study were to be a starting point to apply all knowledge that had been learned in college and added insight and knowledge about nurturing aspects from parent to their adolescent children. This study was descriptive with qualitative approach. Population in this study was amounted to 60 people. Study sampling was conducted by purposive sampling. Instrument in this study was questionnaire with 31 items of question about the nurturing methods from patron to his adolescent children at RT 003/RW 002 Tarai Bangun village Tambang district Kampar regency, with indicator of: 1) democracy, 2) Otoritarian, and 3) laissez faire. From study finding, it show that nurturing methods from patron to his adolescent children at RT 003/RW 002 Tarai Bangun village Tambang district Kampar regency is in moderate category.
