Pengaruh Tenaga Kerja, Bahan Baku Dan Upah, Terhadap Produksi Karet Ribbed Smoked Sheet (Rss) (Studi Kasus Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara Iii Kebun Hapesong, Kecamatan Batang Toru, Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan)

This study aims to determine the effect of labor, raw materials and wages to the production of Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS) in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Hapesong Estate, District of Batang Toru, Tapanuli Selatan. The study uses data of 48 months from 2012 to 2015. This study used multiple linear regression analysis to test partialy using t-statistics and simultaneously using F-statistics. It also tests classical assumption. All of these tests were analysed using SPSS 20. The results show that labor and wages did not significantly affect production of RSS, while raw materials have significant positive effect to productian of RSS ( t- statistics = 47.971, significant upgrade =1%). Value of F- test was 781.935, that means that the variable of labor, raw materials and labor jointly affect the production of RSS. Value of equals to 0.98, meaning that 98% of the production of RSS can be explained by the variables of labor, raw materials and wages. Keywords: production, labor, raw materials and wages
