Pengaruh Pengawasan Keuangan Daerah, Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran Dan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah (Studi Empiris Pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti)

The objective of this study are to find out (1) the effect of regional finance supervision on the performance of local government, (2) the effect of budgetary participation on the performance of local government, and (3) the effect of human resources quality on the performance of local government. This study was held in SKPD Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti with the total population as much 32 SKPD. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with the certain criteria as much 96 respondents. The data that used in this study was quantitative data, and the data resource was primer data. The data collection method used questionnaire that was spreaded to all SKPD Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. The analysis data technique used multiple linear analysis that helped by SPSS Program Version 21. The result of this study showed that (1) the regional finance supervision has an significant effect on the performance of local government because a value thitung (5,961) > ttabel (1,991) with significant value (0,000) < 0,05, (2) the budgeting participation has an significant effect on the performance of local government because a value thitung (8,028) > ttabel (1,991) with significant value (0,000) < 0,05, (3) the human resources quality has an significant effect on the performance of local government because a value thitung (4,359) > ttabel (1,991) with significant value (0,000) < 0,05.Keywords: Finance Supervision, Budgeting Participation, Human Resources Quality, Performance Government
