Analisis Kinerja Sistem Proteksi Berdasarkan Frekuensi Gangguan Di Gardu Induk 150 Kv Garuda Sakti

With the existence of unpredictable disturbance then required a safety equipment (protection system) which is appropriate and reliable. The purpose of this research is to know the quantity of disturbance, performance of protection system, reliability of power transformer and condition of installation of power transformer area protection system at Garuda Sakti 150 KV Substation. Data obtained from data retrieval in Garuda Sakti Substation is analyzed by using Descriptive Analysis Technique Percentage. From the results of the study note that from 2013 to 2015 occurred 28 times the disturbance of the transformer that is: in the year 2013 occurred 9 times the trafo disturbance, in 2014 happened 7 times the disturbance of the transformer, and in 2015 happened 12 times the trafo disturbance. The protection system that works on the occurrence of 28 times the interference there are 6 kinds of releases are: Rele Differential, Rele OCR / GFR, Rele OVR / UVR, Rele REF / SBEF, Rele UVLS and Rele DF / DT which all rele has 100% reliability and Got a pretty good predicate. From 2013 to 2015 the reliability of the Garuda Sakti Main Distribution Transformer based on the old outages caused by disruptions in 2013 reached 99.98174% percentage, in 2014 reached 99.99296%, and in 2015 reached 99.97211% with reliability index Very good transformer. From the analysis of data conducted, in general, the protection system on Garuda Sakti Main Stations can be said to meet the requirements of protection systems that are Sensitive, Fast, Selective, Reliable, and Economical.
