Offenses two-wheeled motor vehicle theft is a crime that occurs annually around us including those that occur with in the campus of the University of Riau Gobah very disturbing students and students certainly hope that the vehicles parked in the campus environment safe so that when the student run campus activities did not feel anxious and worried again the existence of the vehicle and can concentrate on running their activities so that the enforcement of the criminal law should be enforced so that the crime is not increasing, which in turn would disrupt law and order in the campus of the University of Riau Gobah environment.
In accordance with the above description, the authors are interested in doing research with the title of Law Enforcement Against Two Wheels Motor Vehicle Theft by Police Sector Fifty Pekanbaru Riau Gobah University campus environment. In this thesis the following aims is to determine the law enforcement, barriers and measures taken to overcome the barriers to two-wheeled motor vehicle theft by the Police Sector Fifty Pekanbaru Riau University campus environment GobahIn writing this paper the author uses research methods, types of sociological research.
The sociological research is research that is done by identifying the effectiveness of the law and how the law applies in society. Descriptive nature of the research, aims to provide a clear and detailed description of the legal enforcement of the two-wheeled motor vehicle theft. The results of research conducted using qualitative analysis and deductive methods, the decomposition problem of a general nature that is specific to the problem.
From the results of this study concluded that the enforcement of the law against theft of motorcycles by the Police Sector Fifty Pekanbaru Riau University campus environment Gobah karenabelum not run with the maximum being caught there and still under investigation, because the lack of barriers CCTV cameras in the parking area campus, the victim delayed reporting the incident and no witnesses who saw the incident or listen to the witnesses except the investigation conducted by the Police Sector Fifty Pekanbaru.
