Children as part of the younger generation is an important early link and determine in an effort to prepare and realize the future of the nation and the state . However , if children get less attention than its immediate environment it is easy for him to do anything that deviates from the norm of law in society . Deeds are initially limited to juvenile delinquency and eventually lead to criminal acts which the law requires handling seriously , especially the protection of children's rights in the criminal justice process . In the case of criminal acts committed rape the minors , an actual device legislation in Indonesia is quite complete , ie Act No. 23 of 2003 on Protection of Children and the draft Criminal law . Regarding limitation minors , can be followed in the legislation in force as Act No. 23 of 2003 on Child Protection , Law No. 4 of 1979 on Child Welfare , Law No. 3 of 1997 on Juvenile Justice is very necessary to analyze the problem of criminal acts committed rape the minors . On one side of the child is a criminal who should be sentenced to account for his actions on the one hand and the other children are minors should be protected his rights as a child by the state and all parties . Punishment of children is a last resort . This study uses sociological research is a research approach to the nature of the problem studied real law or in accordance with the fact that there is in the community because the research done on-site or field . Data collection techniques such as interviews and literature studies . The results of the study it is concluded that the implementation of the Legal Protection Against Child Crime Rape As Performers at Sand Court Jurisdiction Pangaraian yet fully implemented properly due to lack of infrastructure, lack of legal personnel and legal substance yanh not meet the needs and the lack of public awareness and prevention conducted on the constraints .
