Flooding has become a common thing in Indonesia, including some areas in Riau province, just like a routine event that occurred in each year. Flooding that occurred in the province of Riau caused by several factors, including, for illegal logging, conversion of forest to oil palm plantation is done on a large scale.
Almost all systems still perform measurements of water level elevation measurements manually, ie with an analog gauge or ruler. This is not very effective if an overflow occurs when sudden, while water levels should be monitored continuously 24 hours. Design aids monitoring of water levels using WEB integrated PHP, HTML and AJAX with utilizing driver circuit to read the incoming data through Parallel ports are then processed by a C + + program, the output is on a browser in the form of information that contains charts, water level and status level water level online and realtime.
