Pemanfaatan Zpt Air Kelapa Dan Poc Limbah Cair Tahu Untuk Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicum L.)
This study aims to observe the effect of coconut water tofu liquid waste, and to the best concentration on the growth and production of red onion (Allium ascalonicum L.). This research has been conducted in the experimental station of Agriculture Faculty of Riau University, Pekanbaru. The study was conducted from July to September 2016. The experiment was conducted using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 2 factors and 3 replications. Factor I is the concentration of coconut water, consisting of 4 levels (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%). Factor II is the concentration of tofu liquid waste, consisting of 4 levels (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%). Parameters observed were a number of tubers per fruit (fruits), Largest bulb per clump (cm), Weight of fresh tubers per clump (g), Weight of fresh tubers / m2 (g) and Weight of dried bulbs / m2 (g). The data obtained were analyzed statistically using anova and Duncan multiple-range test at 5% level. Giving GR of coconut water concentration 25%, 50% and 75% with LOF of 25%, 50% and 75% increase of the weight of fresh bulbs per m2 and weight of dry bulb per m2. Single factor of coconut water concentration 75% has a significant effect on all parameters of shallot plant observed except parameter of number of tubers per hill. The soluble factor of tofu liquid waste concentration 75% is known to have a significant effect on all parameters observed.
