Pengaruh Pengkayaan Kutu Air Dengan Viterna Terhadap Kelangsungan Hidup Dan Pertumbuhan Larva Ikan Jelawat (Leptobarbus Hoeveni Blkr)

The research was conducted on march to may 2015 in the laboratory of hatcheries and fish breeding faculty of Fisheries and marine University of Riau. The purpose of this studied to determine the effect of the water fleas with enrichment viterna and the optimum dose of the enrichment viterna to fleas water for survival and growth of larvae jelawat. The method used in this study an experiment method while design used was completely randomized design with one factor, 5 treatments, and 3 replications by P0 (control, water fleas without enrichment viterna), P1 (water fleas with enrichment viterna a dose of 5 ml/L), P2 (water fleas with enrichment viterna a dose of 10 ml/L), P3 (water fleas with enrichment viterna a dose of 15 ml/L), P4 (water fleas with enrichment viterna a dose of 20 ml/L). The result showed that water fleas that have been enriched with viterna dose of 10 ml/L of water to produce the best the survival and growth of larvae jelawat, which resulted in the growt of the absolute weight of 4.85 g, the specific growth rate of 5.93 %/day, the absolute height in 2.87 cm and survival rate by 100%.
