This Research was conducted in April 2017 in the River Sanggul Village, Panai Hilir Sub-District, Labuhanbatu District, North Sumatera Province. The method used in this research is survey method. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the process of distribution of fishing and ship aid programs and to know the evaluation of the results of fishing gear and ship aid programs in the River Sanggul Village. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted on the evaluation of the aid program that is how the mechanism of submission and submission of aid programs, identification of aid recipient fishermen groups, delivery of assistance from the Office of Marine and Fisheries, supervision and extension from the Department of Marine and Fisheries. To evaluate the results is to assist the recipient fishermen's economy, develop a sustainable fishing effort and meet the amount of fish production in the area.
