This study aimed to analyze the effect of discipline and education and training on Occupational Health Safety (OHS). To analyze the effect of discipline and education and training on employee productivity and to analyze the influence of Occupational Health Safety (OHS) employees to productivity
The populations in this study were employees of PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan total of 1280. The amount of sample to be used is 93 peoples. Data analysis and interpreting the data used descriptive analysis method and analysis methods verification. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and the research variables, whereas the verification method used to test the research hypothesis by using statistical tests that are relevant. While the verification method used in this study is a two-stage regression.
The results of the study that the Disciplines affected the OHSof the Employee. This indicates that Discipline is very important, the higher the level of employee discipline will reduce the rate of occurrence of OHS, and vice versa education and training affect to the OHS, This suggest show that education and training is essential, with the training provided in accordance with their fields, will reduce the rate of occurrence OHS. Discipline effects on employee productivity. This indicates that Discipline is very important, the higher the level of employee discipline will determine excellent Productivity, and vice versa. Education and training effects on productivity. This suggests show that education and training has an important role, because with education and training provided can improve employee productivity. OHS effect on performance Employees at PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper Pangkalan Kerinci - Palalawan. This indicates that the OHS is so important to the company, by reduced accident ratecan be improve employee productivity.
