Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Semangat Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Pegawai Dan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Rumah Sakit Tingkat IV 01.07.04 Pekanbaru
The aim of this research was to answer 1) the leadership had an effect on commitment of the employees, 2) the working spirit had an effect on commitment of the employees, 3) commitment of the employees had an effect on Performance of the Employees. The research included 82 employees at the Pekanbaru Army Hospital as the sample. The hypotheses had been tested using statistical analyses (PLS).
The results showed that 1) the leadership had an effect on commitment of the employees, 2) the working spirit had an effect on commitment of the employees l 3) commitment of the employees had an effect on Performance of the Employees.
The leadership and working spirit at the Pekanbaru Army Hospital can increase commitment of the employees and then will influence of Performance of the Employees at the Pekanbaru Army Hospital because commitment of the employees have good loading factor value as mediator and directly.
