Pengaruh Analisis Jabatan, Kompetensi Terhadap Iklim Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Di Kantor Regional XII BKN Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job analysis and competency to organizational climate, and it’s both effect simultanously to organizational climate. To determine the effect of organizational climate on employee satisfaction at the National Civil Service Agency Regional Office XII Pekanbaru.
The population of this study were all employees of the National Civil Service Agency Regional Office XII Pekanbaru totaling 94 employees. But based on job analysis in 2012 the ideal number of the employees in each regional office is 90 employees. The method to determine the number of samples is using census method, with the result that obtained a sample of 90 employees. Multiple linear regression is used to analyse the data.
The results of this study indicate that job analysis and competency have a significant effect partially to the organizational climate, and the organizational climate also has a significant effect to the job satisfaction at the National Civil Service Agency Regional Office XII Pekanbaru.
