Studi Kelayakan Teknis Dan Ekonomi Simpang Tak Sebidang Kota Pekanbaru (Studi Kasus Persimpangan Jl. Soekarno Hatta – Jl. Riau)
The more dense and crowded vehicles in the city of Pekanbaru increasingly comparable to road widening by the government. As a result, traffic jams at every intersection, continue to threaten. On some roads like Soekarno Hatta street and Riau street, almost every morning and evening always happen a long traffic jam. This is unavoidable because of the road conditions can not accommodate the number of vehicles.
For the crossroads Soekarno Hatta - Riau road used as a study area the impact of congestion on the activities of the vehicle, because the road is now happening congestion, accidents, queues, delays and so forth. The initial hypothesis is planning a crossroads Soekarno Hatta - Riau original road junction intersection plot becomes not a plot to build a flyover at some point of intersection, one way Soekarno Hatta – Riau street.
The research methodology used in this study are : a preliminary study, preliminary surveys, user surveys and data compilation. Preliminary study is to determine the parameters of the data that will be surveyed and also determine the method required to collect the data in question. Preliminary survey is a survey on a small-scale survey conducted before large. Survey manual is to get an idea of traffic conditions at the crossroads Soekarno Hatta - Riau road traffic calculation. Compilation of data is a process of data collection and data processing to get the final result of the half-baked data is ready for processing at the analysis stage.
