Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Pelatihan Kerja Dan Insentif Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pt. Ekadura Indonesia Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
PT. Ekadura Indonesia RokanHulu is a palm oil processing plant that is improving itself in an effort to increase work productivity of its employees. The purpose of this study is to determine: significance influence of leadership factors, job training and incentives simultaneously to work productivity of employees of PT. Ekadura Indonesia RokanHulu.
The method used in the study is to use primary data collected by field survey by asking a questionnaire in the form of questionnaires to the respondents. The population of this study is all employees of production at PT. Ekadura Indonesia RokanHulu. Sample determination is done by Random Sampling. Data analysis using quantitative approach using IBM Statistic SPSS 20.0.
The results showed that leadership variables, job training, and incentives have a significant effect on work productivity. The implications of the results of this study indicate that leadership, job training and incentives have a significant effect on work productivity, these factors are important to consider in determining employee productivity.
