Analisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Pengembangan Karir Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Provinsi Riau

This research was conducted in the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Provinsi Riau with the aim to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational commitment and discipline for work performance of employees in the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Provinsi Riau. The population in this study is numbered 59 employees with census method then obtained the number of samples is equal to the population of 59 people. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive method quantitative analysis of partial and simultaneous (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 21.0).
From the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (Test F) shows that all independent variables studied had a significant effect on the performance variables. Regrsi variable partial test (t test) showed that the variables of leadership has the most significant effect on performance variables. The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by all four of these variables together against the dependent variable 69%, while the remaining 31% is influenced other variables not examined in this study.
