Pengaruh Bauranpemasaran Jasa Terhadap Loaitas Pelanggan Melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Persada Production Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of service mix marketing variables
(X) on customer loyalty (Y2) through customer satisfaction (Y1) service users
Persada Production Pekanbaru.
This research method is qualitative by using path analysis with spss 20
program. The data have been collected using random sampling samples and
distributed using questionnaires to 62 respondents who have used services at
Persada Production Pekanbaru.
The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence
between service marketing mix to customer satisfaction. Domonstrate also
positive and significant influnce between service customer satisfaction to
customer loyalty. Domonstrte also the positive and significant implact to service
marketing mix on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Path coefficient
obtained from inderect effect 0,562. The conclusion is that customer satisfaction
plays a role in relationship with service marketing mix odor variable and
customer loyalty variable at Persad Production Pekanbaru.
