Pengaruh Customer Relationship Management Terhadap Kepuasan Dan Loyalitas Pelanggan Sepeda Motor Honda Pada Cv Surya Kuansing
This research is motivated by increasingly competitive rivalry automotive in indonesia. One way to win this completition to implement customer Relationship Management (CRM). Customer relationship management (CRM) is one of many strategies implemented by many companies, so that they can survive in this competition Implementations of Customer Relationsip Management (CRM) is expected to increase Customer Satisfaction because Customer satisfaction is one element that is essential for a company to achieve its goals and furthermore making a Loyal Customer.
This research goal is to knowing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) influence on Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty Honda Motorcycle at CV Surya Kuansing .
The type of this research isquantitative approach.The population in this research is 2.248 people CV Surya Kuansing Customer. And sample of This research is 96 respondents. Data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis.
The result of this research shows that Customer Relationship Management significantly influence on Customer Satisfaction with Determination Coeficient (R2) 29,7%, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Satisfaction significantly influence on Customer Loyalty with Determination Coeficient (R2) 67,7%.
