Pengaruh Stressor (Penyebab Stress) Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Karyawan Unit Produksi Pt. Tri Bakti Sarimas Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

This study aims to determine how the effects of stressors (causes of stress) working on employee motivation production unit PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Kuantan Singingi. The population in this study were all employees of the production units as many as 91 people. Sampling was done by census yaang make all employees in the sample. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression were processed with SPSS version 18.0.
From the test results that have been made known that stressors (stress level of the individual, the stress level of the group, the stress level and stress level of the organization, extra-organizational) simultaneously and partially significant effect on employee motivation. Variable stress level of the individual have the greatest influence on employee motivation Production Unit.
Companies must pay attention stressor such employee (the stress level of the individual, the stress level of the group, the stress levels of the organization and extra-organizational stress levels) in order to better again. As improve the environmental conditions of employees in the work to be made cleaner so that employees feel comfortable in their work and pay attention to air condition the environment to stay fresh and do not damage the respiratory employees, in addition to co-workers expected to mutually support one another in the works so that compactness can bind up with good.
