Pengaruh Seleksi Dan Penempatan Karyawan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada Perum Bulog Divre Riau

This research was conducted on Perum Bulog Divre Riau with the aim
to know the Influence of Selection and Employee Placement on Job Satisfaction
of Employee at Perum Bulog Divre Riau. This study uses primary data that is data
obtained from interviews and questionnaires to all employees of Perum Bulog
Divre Riau. Secondary data obtained related to the object and organizational
structure of the population in this study were all employees who numbered 63
people and sampled. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear
regression method. From the results of tests that have been done, simultaneous
regression test (Test-F) shows that the variables Selection and Employee
Placement simultaneously affect the Job Satisfaction Employees Bulog Divre
Riau. From the results of partial test (Test-t) shows that the variable Selection and
Employment Placement partially significant effect on Employee Satisfaction
Perum Bulog Divre Riau. The result of calculation of coefficient of determination
(R2) is equal to 0,615 or equal to 61,5% which mean, variable Selection and
Employee Placement together influence to Job Satisfaction Employee, while the
rest 38,5% influenced by other variables not examined in research this.
