The development of the business world is increasing nowadays, the business people should be aware of the higher level of competition between fellow businesspeople. It takes a reliable strategy for its products have a competitive advantage. Among the competitive advantages are differentiation, good quality, competitive price. This study aims to describe how the application of integrated quality management at Arifin Ahmad Province public hospital in Riau province. The population used in this study is all home management. Sampling method used stratified random sampling.
The results showed in the factors - Total Quality Management one of which is continuous improvement shows the results of 277 in the range of the scale means the figure shown is enough, for the value of education and training showed results of 299.33 figures shown is good, and factor TQM tools Of 272,66 with sufficient value. total quality management is an approach in running a business that tries to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through continuous improvement of products, services, people, processes, and the environment.
