Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Semangat Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Riau

This research was conducted at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Riaudengan aim to know the Influence of organizational commitment, morale towards the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Riau. Penelitian using primary data that is data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch. Secondary data obtained related to the object and organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees who amounted to 40 people and sampled. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression method. From the results of tests that have been done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) indicates that the variable organizational commitment, morale simultaneously affect the Employee Performance PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Riau. From partial test results (Test-t) shows that the variable organizational commitment, morale work partially significant effect on Performance PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch. The result of calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,720 or 72,0% which means, Organizational Commitment variable, Working spirit together influence to Employee Work Performance, while the rest 28,0% influenced by other variables not examined in research this.
