Pengaruh Motivasi, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda Dan Olahraga (Disdikpora) Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
The study was aimed to determine:(1) the influence of motivation on employees performance, (2) the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, (3) the influence of competence on employees performance and the influence of motivation, organizational commitment and competence on employee performance on Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.
This study uses all the population of employees as a sample of 55 people using the census method. Due to the limited number of sample for data analysis, the research applies regression analysis technique using SPSS 23.
The result of this study indicated that: (1) There was a significant and positive influence between motivation on the employee performances in the amount of (2,352) > (2,008) or Sig. (0,023) < 0,05. (2) There was a significant and positive influence between organizational commitment on the employee performances in the amount of (2,380) > (2,008) or Sig. (0,021) < 0,05. (3) There was a significant and positive influence between competence on the employee performances in the amount of 3,077) > (2,008) or Sig. (0,003) < 0,05. And there was a positive influence between Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Competence on the employee performances on Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Rokan Hulu in the amount of (35,620) > (2,786) to Sig. (0,000) < 0,05.
