Persepsi Penumpang Transportasi Perairan Speedboat Porti/Garuda Express Di Pelabuhan Sungai Duku Pekanbaru
This study aims to find out how the passenger perception of marine transportation on SB. Porti/Garuda Express at Duku Pekanbaru River Port. As for the population in this study are all passenger water transportation using SB services. Porti/Garuda Express. Sampling is done by purposive sampling method by using Slovin formula so that the number of sample is 100 people. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, with quantitative analysis tool that is doubled linear regression with help of program of SPSS version 18.00. From the test results that have been done known that the quality of service, price, facilities and comfort simultaneously and partially significant effect on consumer perceptions. This means that if the quality of service, price, facilities and convenience tailored to the desire of consumers will increase consumer perceptions about the company. The quality of service provided by the waterways of Pekanbaru-Selatpanjang River at Duku Pekanbaru River Port should be improved, especially regarding the employee's friendliness in receiving passengers. For example by giving explanations and directions to employees to serve consumers well. Thus expected consumer perception about company will be positive..
