The aim of this research is to examine the form of networking or network planning, knowing work or activities anything who is criticial and to know the probability completion of the gedung fakultas syari’ah dan ilmu hukum UIN SUSKA RIAU contruction projects with case study on PT. Bunda. Variable of the research is project completion (Y) with three variables free namely critical work (X1), network PERT / CPM (X2) and probability (X3).
Analysis of this study using method critical path method (CPM) and method project evalution and review technique (PERT).
Result of this research and calculation of the time needed in the gedung fakultas syari’ah dan ilmu hukum UIN SUSKA RIAU, variance from this contruction project for critical work activities can be determoned is : Foundation Work (B) for 4 days. Structural Work (C) for 4 days. Employment walls, plastering and Ornaments (E) for 4 days. Ceiling work (I) for 4 days. The work floor (J) for 4 days. Paintwork (K) for 5,42 days. The work UIN SUSKA logo. And from processed result showed that the intial planning time are 227 days this project didn’t get optimal result. so that to get optimal result nedded 320 days with probability of 96,73%.
