This research was conducted at PT. Wide Area Network Expert Pekanbaru with the aim to know the influence of variables Commitment, quality of work life and leadership simultaneously to the performance of employees of PT. Wide Area Network Expert Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data that is data obtained from interviews and questionnaires to all employees of PT. Wide Area Network Expert Pekanbaru. Secondary data obtained related to the object and organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees who amounted to 75 people and sampled. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression method. The results of this study is a strong sense of commitment must be owned by employees it will improve the performance of the employees themselves. The company must also improve the quality of work life, which will affect the performance while the better leadership that the leader conducts to his employees will improve employee performance.
