The Final Project discussed about Processing Systems Information operational school Assistance of Web-based funds on Elementary School 023 Tembilahan. Processing system of school funds operational (BOS), still using a manual system, it is often a troublesome errors arise processing BOS should always revision report that requires a lot of paper. BOS program aims to liberate all types of costs of education for all students from elementary, junior high school and the private sector in Indonesia from school operating costs. Developing this information system by using a programming language web PHP, CSS, jQuery and MySQL as a database, while its design using a flowchart system, context diagrams, charts tiered (Hierarchy Chart), DFD (Data Flow Diagram) data dictionary, ER diagram (Entity relationship).
