This final project discusses Loan Information and Payment System In Primary Cooperative Kartika Galaxy. Listing of the remaining loan debt stuff members are still made by hand with the help of the Office applications, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel every month. Any member who is in debt and can not find the rest of the items are due monthly debt cut to the lack of evidence cuts. Therefore the members to primary cooperatives and cooperative meet primary treasurer to ask the rest of the debt and the goods. It requires the Information Systems and loan repayment. This information system using HTML programming language, PHP and MySQL as a database. To the system using the Design Output, Input Design, Use Case Diagram, Use Case Scenarios, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, and design the flowchart program. Information Systems loan repayment and was very helpful in lending data processing, payment and reporting more efficient.
