Pengaruh Metode Latihan Pengulangan Terhadap Keterampilan Tembakan Lay-Up Tim Bola Basketputri Di SMAN 3 Mandau Duri

This research is conducted to find out the influence of repètitive practice method in improving Lay-Up shooting skill amongplayers of female basket ball team SMAN 3 Mandau Duri. This is an experimentaal research. The population of the research is female basket ball players in SMAN 3 Mandau Duri. Data is taken by purposive sampling. Data consist of 14 female students. Instrument of the research is Lay-Up skill test, which aimed to measure Layup skill. Data is processed to test normality by Lilifor test in significant stage α (0.05).Research hypothesis is there is influence of repetitive practice method to Lay-up shooting skill for female basket ball team SMAN 3 Mandau Duri. Based on t-test analysis, Thitung is 4.3 danTtabel1,761, which means Thitung>Ttabel.. Based on data analysis, pre test average is 2,93 and post test average is 4,21. It can be said that the data is normal. From the research, we can say that there is influence of repètitive practice method in improving Lay-Up shooting skill amongplayers of female basket ball SMAN 3 Mandau Duri.
