The development of information technology in today's extremely fast growing and demanding computer users dibebagai sectors of life, ranging from enterprises and the government institutions, private and foreign companies. Their computers are expected to facilitate the work of man. Computers play an important role in the development of usahan and work, and the holding of PT. NS Lysaght Indonesia in particular sistemperawatan and procurement of parts production machine is made the current data processing maintenance and procurement of spare parts by manual mechanic filling out the form maintenance, and wait financial data to an e-mail from the branch to melakuka payment. The aim of this application is the process of data processing and financial data convenience it easier to re-create in the report. The making of this information system, with the aid of a programming language Notepad ++, MySQL as a database. While the design in its design using top chart, context diagrams, charts tiered (Hvrarchy graph), DFD (Data Flow Diagram), data dictionary, ER diagram (Entity Relationship).
