Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga Dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Kartu Simpati Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Riau
This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion of purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction card sympathy at students of Riau University. The population in this study is all students who use Simpati Card that is not known for sure. The sampling method was done by using non probability sampling technique so as to produce 100 samples. Data analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis) with the help ofSPSS program version 18.00. From the test results note that Product Quality, Price and Promotion significantly influence the Decision of Simpati Card Purchase. Purchase Decision affects Customer Satisfaction. Furthermore Product Quality, Price and Promotion have an effect on to Customer Satisfaction through Simpati Card Purchasing Decision to University of Riau Student, Purchasing Decision able to mediate influence of Product Quality, Price and Promotion to Customer Satisfaction. It is expected that the company to add the features and complete features of Simpati card which is not owned by other operators other than that the company must also be more convincing consumers to keep using the sympathy card, for example by offering interesting offers with various advantages not owned by competitors.
