Dampak Nilai Tukar Rupiah, Tingkat Suku Bunga Dan Inflasi Terhadap Penanaman Modal Asing Sektor Manufaktur Indonesia Tahun 2001-2016
This study aims to determine the impact of the rupiah exchange rate, interest rates, and inflation on foreign investment in Indonesia's manufacturing sector. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics, Bank Indonesia. This study was conducted nationally, namely Indonesia in the period 2001 until 2016. This study uses quantitative research methods, and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis tools by using computer program Eviews version 7. The study consisted of three independent variables (exchange rate of rupiah, interest rate and inflation) and one dependent variable (foreign investment in Indonesia's manufacturing sector). The results obtained are the exchange rate of rupiah, interest rate, and inflation simultaneously affect the foreign investment of the manufacturing sector of Indonesia. Partially, the rupiah exchange rate has a significant influence on foreign investment in the manufacturing sector, while interest rate and inflation variables partially have no significant effect on foreign investment in Indonesia's manufacturing sector. The variation of factors influencing foreign investment in Indonesian manufacturing sector is explained by the exchange rate of Rupiah, the interest rate and the inflation together have the effect of 76.31% (R2 = 0.763119). This means that about 76.31% of foreign investment in Indonesia's manufacturing sector is explained by the variable of rupiah exchange rate, interest rate and inflation simultaneously.
