Pengaruh Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri, Penanaman Modal Asing Dan Kesempatan Kerja Terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Di Provinsi Riau

This study aims to determine the effect of Domestic Investment, Foreign Investment, and Employment Opportunities on Human Development Index in Riau Province. This study uses secondary data in 2004-2013 published by Central Statistics Agency of Riau Province, Provincial Investment Office of Riau Province. The method used in this study using secondary data in the form of time series data. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive, to explain the results of computerized results with the help of SPSS program version 21, to determine the change of dependent variable value Human Development Index (Y) influenced by independent variables PMDN investment (X1), PMA (X2 ) And Employment Opportunity (X3) is done by using multiple linear regression technique. From the test result that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) is proved from calculation of F count equal to 34.035 and F value table at 94% test level is 58.843 by comparing F count with F table known F count bigger than F table, Domestic Capital, Foreign Investment and Employment Opportunities together have a significant effect on the Human Development Index. But individually the independent variables that have the most influence on the Human Development Index are Variable Employment Opportunities.
