Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Cabang Rengat
This research was purposed to identify and analyze the influence of organizational and working discipline towards employee performance in Bank Mandiri Branch Office: Rengat. The sampling technique used in this research is questionnaire with Ordinal Scale. The Ordinal Scale is an instrument which commonly used to ask the respondents for giving their respond through statements by showing whether they are strongly agree, agree, quite agree, disagree, or absolutely disagree for each statements. The populations of this research are 48 employees of Bank Mandiri Branch Office Rengat with all sampling taken from all employees so this research is a population research (census).
The method used in this research is comparing the correlation value or r count which consists of Normality test, Heteroskidasity test and Partial Significance Test (t-test).
According to the value of coefficient determination analysis result, this research finding is R square is 0,686 which means 68,6% the employees performance variable can be explained by working discipline and organizational culture variable. Meanwhile, 31,4% can be explained by another variables which are not examined in this research.
