Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Melalui Kepuasan Konsumen Family Box Karaoke Keluarga Di Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Family Box Karaoke Keluarga Outlet Panam In Pekanbaru. This research uses customer loyalty as endogenous variable and satisfaction as intervening variable. While the exogenous variables in this study is the service quality and price.
The population in this research is all customer Family Box Karaoke Keluarga Outlet Panam, with sample 105 respondents which have been chosen using Hair et.al. formula in Ferdinand (2006) in Setyarini (2013) with nonprobability sampling method and purposive sampling with criteria into consideration, that is visitors who have used Family Box Karaoke Keluarga Outlet Panam at least twice and aged 17 years and over. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20.
The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Price has positive and significant effect to customer loyalty. customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
