This study aims to determine how the effect of compensation, work environment, and leadership on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Hasil Karya Bumi Sejati. As for the population in this study were all employees in the production processing of palm fruit bunches (FFB) at PT. Hasil Karya Bumi Sejati Kab. Rokan Hilir taken in 2015 with the number of employees as many as 153 people. While the sampling is done with To determine the sample then performed with the accidental and thus obtained a sample of 111 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis tools that path analysis (path analysis) with SPSS version 18.00.
From the testing that has been done, the work environment and leadership influence on employee job satisfaction. Leadership, job satisfaction and work environment affect the performance of employees at PT. Hasil Karya Bumi Sejati. Leadership and work environment affect the performance through employee satisfaction at PT. Hasil Karya Bumi Sejati.
Companies must pay attention and increase more job satisfaction that employee performance can be improved further. In addition, it can also make employees more comfortable in his job. The company must provide appropriate salary for the work of the employee, the company must provide a comfortable workplace for employees, labor protection tools complete.
