This final project discusses Academic Handbook applications based on Android. This application is named Handbook and made for Smartphone Android 2.3 and higher. Application contains information Academic Program Information Management and Information Systems. This application has been designed using the Unified Modeling Language UML models. The model is the development of a prototype. Prototype is a sequence of operations during the development of systems ranging from the determination of the problems, requirements analysis, design, coding and testing. This application is built using the Java programming language (Eclipse) with Plugin Android Development Tools (ADT 21.1.0) and the language eXtensible Markup Language (XML) for interface design. Expects this application, members can help users in academic information through the application of Handbook.
