This final project discusses the system of final exam pass information web based on Junior high school YTPP Hutahaean Dalu-Dalu. The information system in an announcement graduation final test on Junior high school YTPP Hutahaean still in with a letter of invitation made by the school and will be addressed to the parents of students of class IX to be present at the school to witness the graduation children each, which is where the process is so manual , so that the information will be obtained also slower and less effective. It is necessary for the information system passing final exams that can avoid it all, equipped with a data value of a final exam consisting of school test scores and national test scores for special subjects Indonesian, English, mathematics and science as a standard graduation final test on Junior high school YTPP Hutahaean Dalu-Dalu and stored in the database after it makes a statement passed the final examination so that data can pass well known. This information system using programming language HTML, PHP and MySQL as a database. To design the system using a flowchart, context diagrams, charts tiered (Hirarchy Chart), DFD (Data Flow Diagram), data dictionary, and E-R diagram (Entity Relationship).
