This final task is explaining about Information Warrant Information System Travel Agency Bulog On Regional Division Office of Riau and Riau Islands. The data process of this trip is currently still using word and number proccessing application, so that the data generated is less accurate. That’s why the information system for the official trip is required. This information system can enable the personnel in easily managing the official trip data. This information system uses HTML, PHP, and MySQL programming language as databases and its system design the system using a flowchart Systems, Data Flow Diagram, and Entity Relational Diagram. The information system of official travel this letter is helpful in data processing and the manufacture of Official Travel Warrant (SPPD) more efficiently.
