Mikropropagasi In Vitro Jeruk Kuok (Citrus Nobilis Lour) Menggunakan Hormon 2,4-D Dan TDZ Sebagai Potensi Rancangan Modul Pembelajaran Biologi Di SMA
Sweet orange is aname pinned by the society about the orange (lime) which is developed in kampar regency, Riau. It is named sweet because the fruit has taasted even though its rind color is still green. In addition , the name “Kouk” is taken from the name of large citrus production so that to provide benefits to fomers as asource income to imrove the economy, but in the 1980s suffered a setback is result by disease CVPD (citrus vein ph;oem degeneration) and phythophora that causing are the entire citrus orchad in the regio dead so that the production halted. This research was conducted to fulfill the seed stock of Kuok orange which is disease-free and see the effect of hormones combination 2,4-D and TDZ (Thidiazhuron) for explant growth of Kuok orange (Citrus nobilis Luor). This research used an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 factors. The first factor is (D) is 2,4-D and the second factor (T) is TDZ which is consists of 25 treatments , each treatment was repeated three times so that three are 75 unit attempts. The result of this study showed the effect of 2,4-D and TDZ significantly affect the growth of explants Kuok orange. The percentage of time that the fastest growing explants D4T2 treatment at 4-7 (HSK) this also happening on other parametrs that percentage growing of explants treated D4T2 is 100%, D4T2 treatment stem heigt is 30 cm, the number of leaves D4T2 55.3 bh and the number of root treatment D4T2 is 7.0 bh.
