This paper discusses about the development of library information systems web based at public primary school 023 of Pandau Jaya. Library information systems is used for generating software which can manage data borrowing and returning books for students at public primary school 023 pandau jaya. This library information systems using current programming languages HTML, PHP and MySQL as a database. to design the system using Flowchart, Context Diagrams, Hirarchy Chart, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram.
