The queue is a process associated with the arrival of a customer to a service activity than wait in a line (queue), when all the press officers, and eventually left the facility after receiving care. The queue process can occur anywhere, even in mills (PKS) PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara Bagan Batu, Riau. PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara is an agro-industrial activities in serving the receipt of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) and processed into Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and generates Palm Kernel (PK). PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara at times faced situation where customers are coming from can not be served, resulting in piling customers directly. Therefore, research into the queue system to optimize customer service and the system is intended to facilitate leaders know FFB reports that go that day via SMS gateway. Making this information using Visual Basic.NET, MySQL as database and Gammu as SMS gateway application. Whereas its design using System Flowchart, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) Flowchart Program.
