Analisis Usahatani Salak Di Kecamatan Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

The research entitled analysis of snake fruit business in Rambah Samo Sub-district of Rokan Hulu Regency is aimed to know the cost, income and profit of salak farming business in Rambah Samo Sub-district of Rokan Hulu Regency.
This research was conducted in Rambah Samo Sub-District Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province, from March 17 until June 2017. Rambah Samo Sub-district was chosen intentionally because it is a production center of salak. Determination of farmer respondents through simple random sampling method (Simple random sampling). Data types used here are primary data and secondary data, techniques in data collection using interview data, questionnaire and observation. In analyzing the data, the authors used a quantitative descriptive analysis. Quantitative is used to calculate income analysis of salak farmers, and described descriptively.
Salak farmers' income is analyzed through income analysis. The results of this study indicate that the price per-kg salak is Rp 8,000 and 8,500, With the amount of labor ranges from 2 to 3 people. total production of 484 Kg And average average gross income or turnover of salak farmers in District Rambah Samo in one harvest per day is Rp 3,917,370. Average total production cost of salak farmers in Rambah Samo sub district is Rp 1,159,850 .. then the net income of salak farmers in Rambah Samo District is Rp 2,757,520 per day.
