Pengaruh Pdrb, Inflasi, Dan Sbi Terhadap Jumlah Kpr Provinsi Riau Periode Tahun 2011 – 2016

This research analizes the effect of monetary variables, which are PDRB, inflation, and intrest rate of SBI to the house ownership credit ( KPR) in Riau Province for the period of 2011 – 2016. This research uses time series data during 2011 until 2016 sourced from Bank Indonesia (BI) and Central Bureau of Statistic (BPS). The method of analysis (multiple linear regression analysis with help of SPSS program version 23.0).
The result of the statistic tests show that simultaneous regression test (F test) for all independent variabels have significant influence on house ownership credit (KPR) with F-Statistic of 106.396 with probability 0.000 with The adjusted R Square value of 0.932 means that about 93.2 percent of the variation in house ownership credit in Province Riau can be explained by PDRB, inflation, and interest rate SBI. While the rest of 6.8 percent is explained by variabels outside the model. Partial regression test (t test) shows that PDRB has significant and negative effect to KPR in Riau Province with result of static t equal to -1.858. Inflation has a significant and negative effect to KPR in Riau Province with result of static t equal to -5.737. While the interest rate of SBI has a significant and positive effect to KPR in Riau Province with the result of stat t equal to 9.354.
