This research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the effect of Enterprise Resource Planning on productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V, to know and analyze the Effect of Enterprise Resource Planning against performance with productivity as Intervening Variable in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V and to know and analyze Productivity to Performance PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V. The number of respondents in this research is 100 employees who participated in the company's ERP program. Sampling was done by using the random sampling formula of the total population.
Result of research Influence of Enterprise Resource Planning Against Productivity and Performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V that is Productivity Variable with t value > t table that is -1,432> 0,600 with significance 0,212 t table that is -1,176> 0,600 with significance 0,292
