Supply Chain Management is the design, control and monitoring of supply chain activities aimed at creating net value, building competitive infrastructure, and measuring performance globally. One of the mission of Supply Chain Management is to realize timely service (Just In Time). This research aims to find out the implementation of just in time through value stream and inventory to lean service performance. This research is located at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The data obtained in the form of primary and secondary data, this research sample is 62 employees. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. From result of analysis obtained there influence of independent variable to dependent variable equal to 72,7%. From the research conducted then the hospital is required to be able to improve services to patients by applying the just in time methode.
