Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial, Kepemimpinan Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Bank Panin Sudirman Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at PT. Bank Panin Sudirman Pekanbaru with the aim to determine the effect of variables Effect of Financial Compensation, Leadership and Career Development Against Employee Satisfaction At PT. Bank Panin Sudirman Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data that is data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. Bank Panin Sudirman Pekanbaru. Secondary data obtained related to the object and organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees who amounted to 40 people and sampled. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression method. From the results of tests that have been done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) shows that the variable Financial Compensation, Career Leadership and Development simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Satisfaction. From the results of partial test (Test-t) shows that the variable Financial Compensation, Career Leadership and Development have a significant effect on Employee Satisfaction. The result of calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) is, Financial Compensation variable, Leadership and Career Development together influence to Employee Satisfaction.
