This study aims to improve speaking skills of children at the age of 4-5 years in kindergarten INSANI District of Rengat. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of a series of four activities performed in cycles, namely, Planning, Implementation, Observations and Reflections. This study is a collaborative between researchers and classroom teachers. The subjects were children aged 4-5 years and the District Kindergarten Teacher INSANI Rengat. This study was done 2 cycles. The results showed an increased ability to talk children through games abaca flashcard. The increase was that of prasiklus by 34%, in the first cycle reaches 45% with an increase of 11%. In the second cycle the average achievement of children by 59% with an increase of 31%. So that the total overall increase amounted to 74%. The conclusion of this study is abaca flashcard game can improve speaking skills of children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten INSANI Rengat District of School Year 2015/2016.
