Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pengukuran Kinerja Dan Akuntabilitas Kinerja (Studi Kasus Pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Dumai)
Purposes of this research is to find out and analyze the factors affecting the measurement of performance and accountability for performance. Research on variable split into 2 (two) free Variables (independent) includes Commitment Management (X1), limitations of the information system (X2) and training (X3) and variable (the dependent) performance measurement and performance accountability.
The population in this research is the entire apparatus of the civil State (ASN) on the Navigation class I District Dumai as much as 197 people. The sampling techniques used in this research is purposive sampling methods with sample research as much as 70 employes. Data analysis was performed with rare structural equation modeling step-based WrapPLS through the evaluation of the measurement model (Outer Model) and evaluation of the structural Models (Inner models).
The results showed that the management's commitment to performance measurement, but no proven effect on performance accountability; the limitations of the information system does not have an effect on performance measurement and accountability for performance, training effect on performance measurement but no proven effect on performance accountability. Indirectly affect management's commitment to performance accountability, the limitations of the information system does not have an effect on performance, accountability and training effect on performance accountability.
